Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment
All items sold during our pop-up shops are made and fulfilled after the pop-up closes. Please allow up to 14 days after the pop-up end date for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Orders will be shipped as soon as they are fulfilled.

Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include production or fulfillment time.

Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. CHOZN THREADZ is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
